Shipping Policy

Due to the COVID-19 there may be a slight delay with some of our products that will delay your packages by up to 14 days. She's Royal's team will try our best to not make the delays drastic and ship out your packages as soon as possible. 
Due to factories closing because of the pandemic, you will see a change in certain containers but there will be no change in our products itself. 
All products from She's Royal Beauty Collection are natural and chemical-free which makes our skin care line so unique. Processing time for all packages is an estimated 1-3 business days(Monday-Friday). However, there can be a delay due to high volume sales, in this case processing time may be extended by 1-3 days. Once your package has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.

She's Royal Beauty Collection is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen items once your package has been shipped out. If there is an issue with your package please contact your mail carrier.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refund or exchange on any products, we also can not make changes to your order once it is placed. If there is an issue with your order you can contact us within 24-48 hrs after order has been placed and only if order haven't already been shipped out to be canceled and refunded.
